ITT W&WW Flygt Products Authorized Service Facilities are fully equipped with field service trucks that are stocked with parts and material to allow them to make field repairs if possible. These Authorized Service Facilities can generally supply a field service technician within 24 hours to your site location. These facilities generally have service technicians on 24-hour call, 7 days a week to be able to respond to your service needs.
The ITT W&WW Flygt Products Authorized Service Facilities are also fully Authorized ITT W&WW Flygt Products Warranty Centers. These facilities have full authorization to make warranty repair on your Flygt product, and work with the Regional Service Manager to assure you are getting any warranty credit that may be due you on your Flygt product. If you have your product repaired at a facility that is not a ITT W&WW Flygt Products Authorized Service Facility, the warranty on your product will be null and void. In addition, ITT W&WW Flygt Products Corporation also has highly trained Regional Service Managers that are available to assist the ITT W&WW Flygt Products Authorized Service Centers. A National Service Manager, and a full Engineering and Technical staff at any of the ITT W&WW Sales facilities or the corporate office in Trumbull, CT support all of our Service Managers.
